Testimonials
"I've lived at the Collegiate twice. Really liked it! Fully furnished, friendly staff, free waser/dryer in unit and a dishwasher. I lived in two different units, both with four beds and two baths. It was very spacious and my roommates and I had a blast. The balcony was nice and the furniture was in good/new condition. I shopped around, but found the Collegiate to be the best deal downtown!! A friend of mine tried their roommate matching service & it was a really great experience. I recommend subletting/renting with CP."
-Beth, tenant at the Collegiate in 07/08 and 10/11
"I lived in the 8A unit of the Collegiate my sophomore year and I can honestly say without hesitation it was the best year of my life. The staff is nice and friendly. I thought we were going to get our security deposit wiped out but they barely took any out. I cannot tell you how much fun we had in this apartment. It's got great location, great amenities, and the balcony alone is worth the price. Being able to have friends over to party and look out over the lake, watch thunderstorms without getting wet and just to relax highlighted what I consider the best apartment I have ever lived in."
